OREANDA-NEWS. On 10 August 2009 was announced, that employees of the PAVA laboratories (Rebrikha, Mikhailovsky and Achinsk mills) have completed education courses on the largest Altay bakery plants. The specialists had an opportunity to participate in workshops regarding control of flour quality for the bakery production.

The obtained qualification allows to monitor baking qualities of flour on all manufacturing stages and control its organoleptic and physico-chemical parameters.

Monitoring of the technological process is conducted continuously, which guarantees that the manufactured products fully conform to the specified norms. Mini-bakeries enable the specialists to give a prompt estimate of the volume, stability of shape, appearance and crumb quality of the baked goods.
