OREANDA-NEWS. On August 12, 2009 The first signals of Moldovan economy s getting out of the crisis have been already registered. Thus, a part of the industrial sectors are on the rise, while the others, such the constructions one, have been maintained at the same level for several months. In such conditions, to further manage the situation, it is necessary to make a string of legislative amendments which would allow successfully implementing the earlier launched anti-crisis measures.

First Deputy Prime Minister, Economics and Trade Minister Igor Dodon made statements to this effect for journalists.

Dodon stressed that the most essential drop of Moldova's economy occurred till last May. So that the national economy gets out of the crisis more quickly, it is necessary that the future parliament approves the amendment of about 50 laws, and this fact will allow successfully implementing the anti-crisis measures.

At the same time, the deputy prime minister stressed that, to cover the budgetary deficit, both foreign and domestic financial resources will be used. In the first seven months of 2009, the budget deficit was of about two billion lei (125 million euros). Dodon emphasized that legislative amendments are also necessary so as Moldova gets foreign financial support.

Referring to a 2.4-percent deflation registered in Moldova over the last seven months, Dodon said that the decrease of this index will maintain in August too. He added that, in September, the evolution of this index will be seen, depending on the policies due to be launched by the future government.
