OREANDA-NEWS. August 14, 2009. According to its order, the markets administrations are to issue internal documents within 20 days to enable producers of agricultural production and other food production selling their own surpluses to occupy the places in the market in the first two houses from the moment a market is opened.

The trading places which remained free 2 hours after the market was opened may be given to other trading subjects. Producers of agricultural production selling their surpluses will be identified by markets administrations by checking the availability of the nominal certificate issued by the administration of a locality they live in or other origin documents concerning the fact that the produce agricultural goods and other food production.

The NCPA’s order is obligatory for all partially or totally agricultural markets. It is called on to increase agricultural production in the market and involve enterprises and citizens growing the production into the trade activity.
