OREANDA-NEWS. August 18, 2009. In spite of  improving  the  quality and regularity of consumers` electric power, there are still consumers who interferes to the meter  scheme and doesn’t pay the repayment, reported the press-centre of Azerenergy.

As a result of it, the general repayment level is decreased and the power losses are increased.
It was noted in the information given by Ganja electric network to the Press-service of “Azerenergy” JSC, about 19,5 million kWh electric power was used in July of the current year, as a result of carried out purposeful measures.

More than 8,1 million kWh or 42 percent   was used by constant people consumers. These factors were about 21,4 million kWh, 7,9 kWh and more than  36,9 percent in corresponding period of last year. The general collection was 96,3 percent in July of the current year. This factor was 79,6 percent in corresponding period of last year. By the way, the payment with debtor debts was 105,8 percent in constant people consumer group in July of the current year and it is absolutely  7,3 percent more   than corresponding period of last year.

Lets` note that, more than 144,5 million kWh electric power was used during seven months of the current year and it is 55,7 million kWh less than corresponding period of last year. The general payment was 93,4 percent. This factor was 63,9 percent in corresponding period of last year. By the way, more than 56 million kWh electric power was used in constant people consumers group (this factor was about 91 million kWh in corresponding period of last year), the repayment was 102,3 percent taking into account of debtor debts of last year.

The source relates it with carried out spot-checks in violations of a rule of electric power in construction of smart card type meters in Ganja and in eliminating of wastefulness use.
Lets` note that, violations of a rule were observed in more than 220 consumers` meter account complete, during carried out spot-checks in 7 months of the current year and corresponding statements   were drawn up against them.

As a result of it, the use value of more than 1,6 million kWh loss electric power was restored. 56 percent of this sum was repaid. By the way, 24 violations of a rule were discovered and more than 16,6 000 manat use value of about 277 000 kWh loss electric power was restored  and about 59 percent of this sum was repaid. And the corresponding measures are carried out for repay of the remainder sum.

Construction of these type meters makes opportunity to prevent violations of a rule of electric power. So that, all interferes are noted in the memory of the meter, smart card is closed and power supply is stopped.
