OREANDA-NEWS. Ukrainskyi Retail is currently in negotiations with individual owners of real property (non-residential premises), where Varus-Express trading networks are now located, reported the press-centre of SCM.

"We are interested in the shopping space to develop the Brusnytsya chain. I'm not talking about acquisition of Varus-Express chain. We are not acquiring any corporate rights or liabilities of Varus company", commented Aleksey Hessen, CEO of Ukrainskyi Retail.

Today Ukrainskyi Retail includes 45 stores of the "corner shop" format, and Varus-Express objects fall under the geographic and operational strategy of the company's development.

The stores are located in Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk and Zaporozhye oblasts. We are going to open about twenty new stores under Brusnytsya trademark.  The negotiations have not been concluded yet, therefore it is early to speak about expanding the Brusnytsya shopping space. We will provide additional information on the outcomes of negotiations.
