OREANDA-NEWS. "Air Moldova" airline has concluded interline agreement with "SriLankan Airlines" that comes in force starting from August, 28th, 2009, reported the press-centre of Air Moldova.

The agreement enables both parties to issue proper travel documents for all flights of the interline partner. Passengers can buy one air ticket for a flight from one of "Air Moldova's" destinations to all destinations of "SriLankan Airlines". Interline agreements allow for either airline to sell the others flight route under the one issued ticket.

"SriLankan Airlines" now serves 45 destinations in 25 countries in Europe, the Middle East, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Far East. Major destinations include Tokyo, Hong Kong, Beijing, Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, New Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, Dubai etc.

"Air Moldova" operates direct flights to 17 destinations - Frankfurt, Vienna, Istanbul, Lisbon, Madrid, Bucharest, London, Athens, Larnaca, Rome, Milan, Paris, Prague, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Verona and Varna.
