OREANDA-NEWS. On 26 August 2009 was announced, that in the difficult economic environment and grain processing market instability, the Altay company PAVA started implementation of the new project. It aims to increase the share of PAVA’s products on the Russian flour market.

With this view, in early August of the current year PAVA began to form a regular staff of regional managers throughout the country. The company plans to complete its work in the regions by end-2009. Overall, 50 managers will be hired, and they will provide accurate and prompt information about the local sales. Together with the specialists from Regional Sales Department they will focus efforts on increase of shipments and introducing the entire product range by PAVA on the local market.

“Joining efforts of the regional managers, each of them well acquainted with the specific features of the given market, and specialists of the company headquarters, we envisage not only to increase sales in the existing regions, but also to penetrate new markets. The case in point, for instance, is the Southern federal district, known for the tight competition between grain processors”, comments Andrey Ananin, PAVA Director General.
