OREANDA-NEWS. On August 28, 2009 The Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko called on representatives of coal domain to join efforts with the Government to achieve approval of State Budget of 2010. She announced in her speech during celebrations on the occasion of the Miner’s Day in Sverdlovsk of Luhansk region.

According to Yulia Tymoshenko, “nowadays there is a thought among the politicians that the budget for 2010 should not be approved at all: may this Government be plagued and after the presidential elections we will see”.

The Head of Government emphasized despite the complicated political and economic situation the draft State Budget for 2010 has to be readied in the fixed terms: “We should plan such budget that even if it was considered in February it would correspond to our strategic plans and tasks”.

Besides, Yulia Tymoshenko urged on leaders of mines to decide on a form of property of their coal extracting enterprises: “You must choose your way: whether to work with investors or to remain the state-owned enterprises”.

According to the Head of Government, in case the mines take a decision on drawing investors the most radical requirements will be set up towards them. At this, she assured with regards to the mines of state property form the Gov’t will not adopt any decision secretly.
