OREANDA-NEWS. On 31 August 2009 was announced, that PAVA latest product offering, ‘Zhitnitsa’ flour continues to meet the needs of bakery producers. In August, the exclusive flour grade got yet a wider recognition by bakers, after it had been used in production of oatmeal cookies.

The original mix, composed of oat flour and ‘Zhitnitsa’, incorporates a number of distinctive features. It endues the end product with exquisite aromatic qualities and delicious flavour. Meanwhile, its behaviour in the baking process is similar to the standard grades, and allows to produce cookies of traditional types.
