Co. together with LLC ASPEK-Nefteproduct held a round table discussion in Izhevsk on “Real business objectives and ways of their achievement as part of strategic development of I.T.-Oil complex solution.” During the event representatives from petroleum products supply companies from various Russian regions discussed advantages and possibilities of future I.T.-Oil system development.

Round table on “Real business objectives and ways of their achievement as part of strategic development of I.T.-Oil complex solution” was held July 14th through 15th in Izhevsk. The discussion brought together over 20 representatives of petroleum supply products from different Russian regions. The round table discussion was held with support from ASPEK-Nefteproduct, where I.T.-Oil solution is installed and successfully used at the head office in Izhevsk and at 44 filling stations in Udmurtia.

The main goal of the event was discussion of the main objectives of the industry and capabilities of I.T.-Oil solution as an efficient tool for their achievement. During the round table discussion Head of I.T.-Oil Sector of I.T. Co. Fuel and Smart Cards Department Dmitry Gaganov gave the analysis of the petroleum products supply companies automation systems offered in the market, and described the possible ways for increasing profitability of the filling stations chain through use of new customer loyalty mechanisms and promo-campaigns. Questions about anti-crisis solutions designed to lower transportation costs were described in details during the speech by Alexander Timashev, General Director of LLC ANTOR BUSINESS SOLUTIONS.

The second day of the event was dedicated to filed visits of LLC ASPEK-Nefteproduct objects. The participants visited head office and several filling stations where they've seen demonstration of oil company operation with the help of I.T.-Oil solution. This solution offers the company management the necessary business transparency, allowing to precise control over the entire retail chain in general and each filling station individually, as well as make strategic decisions based on relevant and valid information. During site visits the participants were shown work with filling station clients, payment for petroleum products through the self-service terminal, use of fuel and discount cards, as well as organization of concurrent products sales at filling stations.

During the event all participants could not all discuss their questions with specialists, but also share their experience in filling stations chain automation, and evaluate advantages of specific solutions.
