OREANDA-NEWS. August 31, 2009. "PARABANK" OJSC front office has organized a training on the theme of "Plastic Cards and Deposits" for the employees of the Bank. 45 employee of the general office of the bank and Baku city Branches which are busy with purchase of bank services participated at the training. Main themes of the training were perfection the conduct with customers, increase of quality and speed of service, also plastic cards. Training participants also mastered mutual relationship methods providing increase of customer satisfaction and loyalty, reported the press-centre of PARABANK.

Leading specialist of Plastic Cards Department of Parabank OJSC Konul Aliyeva noted: - "It should be noted that training participants should be informed about introduction of VISA cards - VISA Platinum and VISA Infinity cards which were put into sale, comparison of superior aspects depending on their type, summing up the same either debit or credit characteristics, discussion of service tariffs of plastic cards, activity of operators at card program, authorization of credit cards on limits, etc.".

Regular organized trainings by the Bank are aimed to increase efficiency of rendered services, also increase of corporative culture level completely.
