Nurbank is announcing of establishment of a financial group - Nurgroup. The Nurgroup will include all subsidiaries of Nurbank.

Nurgroup is a universal player on the Kazakhstan financial market, rendering banking, insurance, brokerage and dealing, leasing services, pension fund and asset management services. "Nurgroup was established and is working for convenience of its clients - individuals, representatives of a corporate segment and small and middle businesses, - Nurbank chairman Marat Zairov said. – We see it as a new wave financial group, established to aid clients implement successful and innovative business-projects". The Nurgroup strategy aims to increase the number of cross-sales of services and products, and strengthen each group member operating on the Kazakhstan market.

Today Nurgroup includes Nurbank, APF Atameken, IC Nurpolis, Money Experts, PAIMO Nur-Trust, Leasing company Nur-Leasing. As on September 1, 2009, according to un-audited consolidated statements, assets of the group reached KZT305,246 m, net profit - KZT1,767 m.

Nurbank is among the ten largest Kazakh banks. As on September 1, 2009 bank assets reached KZT300,428 m, own capital - 43,394 m, liabilities - KZT257,034 m.

Accumulative pension fund Atameken was established August 7, 1997, headquartered in Almaty and is controlling 14 branches and 20 agent points, located in all Kazakhstan regions. Pension fund Atameken is a leader of pension funds in terms of profit.

As on September 1, 2009 there were 209,266 depositors in the fund, pension assets reached KZT47.30 bn, accrued investment profit reached KZT14.84 bn, pension asset yield - 54,92% (August 2004 - August 2009). Own assets reached KZT1,059 m, net profit - KZT178 m. The company, managing pension assets of APF Atameken is PAIMO Nur-Trust.

PAIMO Nur-Trust was established in 2001 as a pension asset management company. The company is managing pension assets of APF Atameken. Charter capital as on September 1, 2009 is KZT200 m, own capital - KZT759 m.

Insurance company Nurpolis is operating since 1998. Nurpolis is a universal insurance company represented in all Kazakhstan regions. The company has license for all types of voluntary property, personal and mandatory insurance.  IC Nurpolis enjoys a net of insurance agents.

As on September 1, 2009 IC Nurpolis had KZT100 m of charter capital, own capital - KZT929 m, assets - KZT1,971 m, net profit - KZT210 m.

Leasing company Nur-Leasing was established July 23, 2001 as a 100 % subsidiary of Nurbank. The company has been operating since 2002 financing leasing of light and heavy vehicles, computer software and various equipment. As on September 1 loan portfolio was KZT703 m.

The company was financing equipment, transport including financial leasing, real estate purchase and sale transactions, lease of automobiles and real estate. Nur-Leasing sees as most prospective and important - industrial complex, energetic, construction, transportation, trade, agriculture, telecommunications, IT-equipment, aviation, railways, oil and gas equipment.

Money Experts was established in 2002 to let Nurbank operate on the stock market. Money Experts is a financial adviser, market maker of shares and bonds on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange, a listing agent and a brokerage for many Kazakh companies, banks, and organizations managing pension assets.

Money Experts is cooperating with leading financial organizations and partners in CIS. As on September 1, 2009 own capital of the company is KZT562 m, assets - KZT909 m. The company for 8 months of 2009 gained profit KZT74 m, with KZT20 m in August.
