OREANDA-NEWS. September 24, 2009. Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty, hereafter - the bank), a company listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of notification of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS), reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the document:

- AFS approved a report on offering of shares of the bank;

- the issue was divided into 2,400,000,000 common shares, 600,000,000 preferred shares and 80,225,222 preferred shares convertible to common shares;

- the issue of shares was registered with the State share register under number A3387;

- as on June 4, 2009 1,156,843,885 common shares and 290,140,570 preferred shares of the bank were not offered, the authorized capital is  KZT140,569,095,000.
