OREANDA-NEWS. September 28, 2009. UVK took part in the 4-th international “Industry Forum: Antirecessionary Action Program”. In forum framework, Oleg Kalensky, Marketing & Sales director, presented a report, dedicated to the interaction of logistics and marketing departments of companies in B2B sector.

Seminars, reports and master classes of business forum were subdivided into three main directions and were held in different conference halls. The first section “Indusrial Marketing: Principles & Practices” unified the speeches of Yuriy Shirin, director of Industrial Marketing Agency, Alexander Storozhuk, the founder and ideologist of dedicated resource b2blogger.com, Jan Smotrich, marketing director of Yellow Pages Company, director of Marketing Jazzz festival and many others. The second section embraced case studies, master classes, trainings, business games and the third one was dedicated to the branch marketing. Namely in the last section the representative of the UVK company, Oleg Kalensky took the floor, representing the topic “Marketing and Logistics: Co-operation or War ”.

The report was found very urgent for the forum representatives, as far as domestic companies meets often enough with the problems of cooperation between different departments, particularly – with the logistics department. According to result, all the participants have agreed with that, that if to fight a war – then, it’s better to fight against somebody from the outside: for example, against competitors. Nevertheless, the better tool against such (same as a tool for self-protection) – is a quality of production or services.

An interactive approach of the speakers’ and visitors’ participation have made it possible to rich maximum activity from party of participants in discussing and developing of the programs for effective managing decisions. Additionally, useful methodological materials (reports of participants) and information on separate industrial markets were given to each participant – specifically on the 3-PL logistics market.
