OREANDA-NEWS. September 30, 2009. Oranta’s employees completed the fist stage of professional development program for average commissioners at the Ukrainian Postemergency Protection Center Expert-Service.

The participants of the training included representatives of the Claim Settlement Department, the Payments Department of Oranta’s Head Office, the Clients Support Department, as well as employees of the company’s Dnepropetrovsk, Zhitomir, Ivano-Frankovsk, Nikolayev, Odessa, Poltava, Kharkov, and Khmelnizkiy regional directorates.

The experts of Garant-Assistance, the Fund of State Property of Ukraine, Kiev Research Institute of Judicial Examination, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Motor Transport Insurance Bureau of Ukraine gave presentations to the participants of the training course.

The second stage of the professional development program will start on October 26, 2009. Once the participants of the program complete all courses and pass exams, they will receive average commissioner certificates, which will allow Oranta’s regional directorates to skillfully investigate the circumstances of an insured accident and to measure the extent of damage.
