OREANDA-NEWS. October 02, 2009. Allianz ROSNO Life became member of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry, one of Russia’s largest non-profit organizations with over 2,400 member companies, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The decision on admission of the company to the MCCI was made by the Presidium of the Chamber’s Board. Among the factors leading to the affirmative resolution, members of the Presidium stressed excellent business reputation, well-developed brand, stability, financial strength, high quality of insurance services, and the company’s adherence to the principles of social responsibility.

The solemn ceremony of admission of Allianz ROSNO Life to the MCCI was held on 28 September at the Chamber’s traditional event, New Members’ Day.

Commenting on the event, Mr. Vladimir Berezhnov, Deputy CEO of Allianz ROSNO Life, noted: "Membership of Allianz ROSNO Life in the MCCI opens up broad opportunities for peer-to-peer communication, interaction within business circles of the city of Moscow and strengthening ties with other Russian regions with regard to development of the life insurance market. In Russia, the life insurance market has an immense potential, and its growth will largely depend on concerted efforts of insurance companies, government, and business community.
