In September 2009, the average price of 1 sq. area in 1-room apartments ranged from 677 euros up to 818 euros at Botanica, from 761 up to 800 euros at Buicani, from 795 up to 932 euros in the Center, from 749 up to 762 euros in Ciocana and from 753 up to 803 euros – at Riscani.

The average price of 1 sq. meter in 2-room apartments ranged from 634 euros up to 754 euros at Botanica, from 749 up to 760 euros at Buicani, from 771 up to 842 euros in the Center, from 697 up to 753 euros at Ciocana and from 729 up to 792 euros - at Riscani.

The average price of 1 sq. meter in 3-room apartments ranged from 575 euros up to 678 euros at Botanica, from 641 up to 654 euros at Buicani, from 663 up 727 euros in the Center, from 618 up to 697 euros at Ciocana and from 651 up to 696 euros – at Riscani. The average price of 1 square meter in 4-room apartments ranged from 522 euros up to 609 euros at Botanica, from 595 up to 609 euros in Buicani, from 590 up to 651 euros in the Center, from 552 up to 614 euros at Ciocana and from 609 up to 632 euros – at Riscani.
