OREANDA-NEWS. October 06, 2009. BTA Bank's subsidiary BTA Ipoteka (Almaty), bonds of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE, reported the press-centre of KASE:

Herewith Mortgage company BTA Ipoteka (the Company) informs the Company's license No. 27 dated August 14, 2008 for banking transactions specified by banking legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan national and foreign currency was suspended for three months on the basis of Resolution No. 221 dated September 26, 2009 of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations.

The license action was suspended in connection with systemic (three and more times during twelve consecutive calendar months) violation of prudential norms and systemic (three and more times during twelve consecutive calendar months) violation of normative legal acts.
