OREANDA-NEWS. October 08, 2009. As it was informed in the National Bureau of Statistics, the prices for the foodstuffs have decreased by 9,5%. At the same time, prices for industrial goods over the same period have increased by 0,4%, while the tariffs for services rendered to population have increased by 0,6%. At the same time, food prices in September have increased by 1,2%,and the prices of the non-foodstuffs – by 0,6%, respectively.

Meanwhile, the tariffs for services rendered to population have declined by 0.3%. In particular, the prices for the diet eggs in September have increased - by 13,3%, sugar - by 8,7%, fresh vegetables - by 6,5%. The prices for cucumbers grew by 21,7%, for tomatoes -17,3%, cabbages - 13,9%, sweet pepper - 6,7%.

The prices for fish, and citruses increased by 2,8%. At the same time, the prices for melons and watermelons – have fallen by 18,1%, apples and pears – by 7,7%, potatoes - by 6,2%, onions - by 5,3%. The cost of medicines grew by 1,8%, petrol – by 1,3%, including liquid gas in cylinders - 4,2%.

At the same time, in September 2009, the tariffs for the natural gas have declined by 6,7%, cable TV services - by 1,4%, catering -by 0,5%, respectively. Meanwhile, the tariffs for services of education and training -by 4,8%, including tuition fees at universities- 6,3%, services, kindergartens and nurseries – 4,7%, payments for potable water supply- 4,7%, prices for funeral services - 3,4% and fee for the taxi services- by 2,7% have increased.
