OREANDA-NEWS. October 13, 2009. No fees for payment of utility bills via Eta bankas are charged. A commission fee for leasing, telecommunications and other services is only LTL 0.80, reported the press-centre of Ukio Bankas.

To make timely payments for services and at the same time save both time and money, Ukio bankas offers using a direct debit service. Direct debit consents, which previously could be signed only in the Bank’s service subdivisions, from now on can also be signed via the system Eta bankas.

In addition, everyone having placed a savings or time deposit via the system Eta bankas is offered yet higher interest rates on deposits than the Bank’s standard ones: 0.2 percent on deposits with a 12 month (365 day) and longer maturity, 0.1 percent on time deposits with a maturity from 1 month (30 days) to 12 months (364 days) and on savings deposits with a maturity from 3 months (92 days) to 12 months (364 days).

From the beginning of the year, the number of Ukio bankas electronic banking system users grew 30 percent and currently amounts to 91,500.
