OREANDA-NEWS. October 13, 2009. The solemn ceremony of putting into operation of the first stage of de LUXE “Moscow Lights” housing estate was held in Ivanovo, reported the press-centre of ITB.

Fomin, the Chairman of the Managing Board of the OJSC “Investtradebank” V.V. Gudkov and other representatives of administrative and commercial structures of the city and the region took part in the event. Opening the housing estate, the Chairman of the Managing Board of the OJSC “Investtradebank” V.V. Gudkov mentioned that the “Moscow Lights” Complex was not the first and not the last investment project of the Bank in the Ivanovo region.

The Complex demonstrates high living standards; it will become an origin for a new beautiful street of the city. People should understand that they deserve good life”. The Governor of the Ivanovo region Mikhail Men also said that “the Complex sets a new standard both for the quality of housing and for the quality of life in general”.

It is a large-scale project – the housing estate is constructed at three stages: the first stage – two 17-storeyed houses with a children playground and an underground parking, the second stage – a public trade centre and the third stage – the next 17-storeyed building.

A high status of the complex has been proven by the fact that the cost of apartments in it is higher than average market prices. Specialists of Investtradebank have specially developed a mortgage programme with attractive rates.

The “Moscow Lights” Complex guarantees warmth and coziness to everybody, since the first to enter the house was a red cat called “Muscovite” that by Russian tradition brings a guarantee of high living standards.
