OREANDA-NEWS. By the decision of AB Bank SNORAS Board on 5 November 2009 the Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting of AB Bank SNORAS is summoned, reported the press-centre of Bank SNORAS.
 
The main question, which will be discussed during the meeting - the authorised capital enlargement by deposits seeking to strengthen the capital base. Considering the last changes of Public Limited Companies Law, in the meeting agenda the questions considering the partial change of Articles of Association are foreseen. During the meeting  also will be discussed the questions on cancellation of Supervisory Council members, election of new members, etc.

Currently registered authorised capital of AB Bank SNORAS comprises LTL 411.923 million. On 31 August 2009 in a non-public way AB Bank SNORAS placed termless debt securities emission, added to the bank capital, comprising  LTL 72.5 million (Euro 21 million). The attracted funds during placement of bonds after the permission from the Bank of Lithuania is received will be included to the second tier bank capital and in such way they will strengthen the base of bank capital.

The meeting will be held in the premises of AB Bank Finasta, in the conference hall, on Maironio str. 11, Vilnius. The meeting starts at 14.00, the registration of members of meeting starts from 13.00.
