OREANDA-NEWS. October 16, 2009. The manufacturing corporation Gomselmash is setting up a joint production facility in Ukraine. In line with the agreement signed between Gomselmash and the Kherson Machine-Building Plant, the new joint company will start to assemble combine harvesters this year, Vladimir Sinner said, deputy director of the regional sales department of Gomselmash.

At the beginning, the joint company will assemble combine harvesters Palesse GS812 and Palesse GS12. All in all, some 50 farm machines of this type are expected to be assembled.

According to Vladimir Sinner, the joint company in Kherson has good prospects as annually Ukraine exports up to 2,500 combine harvesters. “We feel a great interest of our Ukrainian counterparts in implementation of this project,” Vladimir Sinner underscored.

At present Gomselmash has several assembly production facilities in Russia and Kazakhstan. Its branch successfully operates in Argentina. Gomselmash has reached an agreement on setting up an assembly production facility in China.
