OREANDA-NEWS. October 27, 2009. City authorities ordered to work out a draft layout of neighbourhood 1880 located near Rabochaya Street in the centre of Moscow and include a new power substation to be developed there in it.

According to a source from City Hall, the relevant order was signed by Moscow’s acting mayor Vladimir Resin.

“The new 220-kilowatt power substation named Gorkovskaya is planned to be raised between two lines of the Moscow Railways,” the official said.

The project has been elaborated within the implementation of the 2010 program aimed at developing the power supply network in Moscow.
