Under the Programme, any teacher in the Northwestern Federal District gets the opportunity of acquiring an up-to-date  personal computer at a good price on an interest-free installment basis for 6 or 12 months, provided the Internet broadband access service is chosen for subscription and one of the limitless Avangard rate plans. Besides, privileged terms of using the Avangard service from the moment of making the contract till the end of 2009 are provided for the participants of the Programme in each region.

To use this offer, a teacher must just receive his/her Participant 's Certificate at his/her school and then show it when making the contract for the provision of the Avangard service at the OJSC N.W. Telecom's Client Service Centre.

The offer is valid for new users of the Avangard service, if a fixed-term contract is made for the provision of broadband access to the Internet for 12 months.
