OREANDA-NEWS. October 28, 2009. OJSC N.W. Telecom suggests that corporate clients use the opportunity of organizing intellectual communication services in codes 800, 803 and 809 (80X) on the 351-хх-хх numbering resource* starting from 15th October 2009.

The 80Х-351-хх-хх multichannel telephone number has its advantages as compared to the normal telephone number. It can be used as a single number for the central office and branches of the Company irrespective of the distance to them**. This number is assigned to a client and there is no need of changing it in case of moving to another office**.

Getting a 80Х-351-хх-хх-type telephone number, a corporate client can organize in code:

-  800 – a multichannel number for process ing incoming calls, create its own service for the information support of its client s, establish a "Hot Line", organize acceptance of orders/ requests, all incoming calls to numbers in the 800 code being free of charge for users;

-  803 – polls or televoting, including the use of an interactive voice menu (IVR***). Upon decision of the customer company, the services provided in the 803 code can be provided to users both on a paid basis and free of charge;

-  809 – own information consulting service or information and reference service operating on a paid basis.

The services using the 80X codes will be provided within one entity of the Russian Federation (region of the Northwestern Federal District).   At the moment, local and intraareal calls can be made to number s in the 80X codes on the 351-хх-хх numbering resource only from OJSC N.W. Telecom's telephone sets.

The price of access provision in the 80X code (acquisition of one 351-хх-хх number with the 80x code) is 5,000 roubles. The monthly fee for the use of such a number comprises the constant subscriber fee of 1,000 roubles per month and the fee for the traffic calculated on the basis of the metered total volume of telephone connections for the payment period.

Corporate clients may also use additional services of OJSC N.W.Telecom , which will facilitate a more efficient development of business using new possibilities of connection s in the 80X codes. E.g., a client may order the development of the IVR menu, redirection of incoming calls to any telephone numbers, records of incoming calls and presentation of a bill to the user, and collection of payment , and can receive a package of necessary reports according to the result s of the reporting period.
