OREANDA-NEWS. October 28, 2009. The specialists of the Siberian Agrarian Holding Group of Companies (SAHO) and OJSC Vladivostok Marine Trading Port (VMTP) have started working out the documentation for building the grain terminal at the Far East.

At present SAHO and VMTP work group is being formed in frames of the agreement signed in September 2009 by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of SAHO GC Pavel Skurikhin and General Director of OFSC VMTP Viacheslav Pertsev.

The agreement signed by SAHO and VMTP contains the intentions of the Parties to organize cooperation on the project of creation of high technology grain transshipment complex construction in Vladivostok. As Pavel Skurikhin pointed out the construction of the grain terminal in the trading port in Vladivostok may allow to substantionally raise the export potential of the Siberian grain : “SAHO Experience shows that you can grow crops in Siberia whose quality and many other parameters correspond to the requirements of the final purchasers — Japan, South-East Asian Countries.”

SAHO has been directly interacting with grain importers and consumers from different countries of the world. The agrarian enterprises included into the structure of the holding are ready to produce production in demand meeting the unique requirements of the counterparties. In particular by joint testing with foreign partners and deep insight into the business of the foreign consumers, the SAHO specialists are able to determine the key parameters that must be emphasized when producing agricultural production for export.
