OREANDA-NEWS. November 05, 2009. One of the largest international rating agencies Moody's Investors Service has assigned to International Insurance Company the insurance financial strength rating (IFSR) of "B2", with rating forecast- “stable”, reported the press-centre of IBA.

We shall note that to date this rating is the highest in level assigned to the insurance companies of Azerbaijan.

Agency assessment is based on the strong capital base of the company towards its insurance risks, good positions on the insurance market, good quality of assets with limited volume of high risk assets.

Assignment of the highest rating among the insurance market participants in Azerbaijan by the world famous rating agency is an indicator of sustainable position of IIC on the insurance market of Azerbaijan, high weight in the market share, high profitability and correct investment policy.
Besides, the assignment of rating is a demonstration of company’s financial stability and reliability, which is the main factor in gaining the trust and recognition of existing and potential clients of IIC.

Currently IIC provides services on 32 voluntary and 5 obligatory types of insurance.
