OREANDA-NEWS. November 13, 2009. In Nekrasovskoe village, which is mainly intended for resettled residents from Imeretinskaya lowland, where there is the olympic construction area, 95 out of 112 projected buildings are now being leading up.

On the 11,7ha territory will be housed 112 buildings, 98 of which are being constructed by individual projects. The square of each constructed house in Nekrasovskoe varies from 56 to 570 sq. m. The square of every ground, on which house is built, equals to 770 sq. m in average.

The houses projects could be modified by the desire of future tenants. All the houses are monolithic with reinforced concrete fundament and decoration work. This work could be done partly or fully that depends on the future holder’s needs.

The construction of dwelling houses in Nekrasovskoe village began in the spring 2009. First 56 houses are planned to finish by the end of 2009.By the spring 2010 the whole housing estate of Nekrasovskoe will be ready to be put into commission.

The village is located eastier from Olypmic park in close quarters from the seaside. Besides the whole housing stock Nekrasovskoe will be provided by the social infrastructure. This project also contains the consctruction of trade, catering objects, cultural sites (museums and chapel) and kids playground.

The living conditions in Nekrasovskoe will be considerably higher than those in Imeretinskaya lowland nowadays. There is no central gas, water supply and sewerage at the moment. All the new individual houses will be provided by the modern engineering infrastructure, including local heating systems and hot water. The modern road-street infrastructure will be set up in Nekrasovskoe.

By finishing the consctruction in Nekrasovskoe the implementation of overall technical and biological revegetation is planned as well as making the park zone, maximal landscape gardening of cottages and village hinterlands.
