Comstar summed up the results of 3Q by US GAAP. Sales of Comstar in 3Q 2009 formed 11.7 bn RUR versus 10.2 bn RUR within the similar period of 2008. OIBDA grew by 1% to the level of 4.8 bn RUR. Net profit lowered from 851 mn RUR in 3Q 2008 to 851 mn USD in 3Q 2009.

Gazprom forecasts growth of export to far abroad in 2010 by 13.2%. In 2010 Gazprom plans to export to far abroad 160.8 bn cubic m of gas versus 142 bn cubic meters in 2009.

NOVATEK will build up the capacity on gas extraction by 7 bn cubic meters next year. NOVATEK in 3Q 2010 will launch the 3rd start complex of the second priority at Yurharovskoe deposit with the capacity of 7 bn cubic meters of gas annually, announced the financial director of the company Mark Gyetvay in course of the telephone conference for the investors.

Gazprom energy holding upped the share in TGC-1 to 30% of shares. Gazprom energy holding, which manages power energy assets of Gazprom, upped the share of TGC-1 shares held from 29.501% to 30.013% imparts the message of the generation company.

Holders of Polyus Gold intend to place 10% of shares in course of SPO. Shareholders of Polyus Gold Syleyman Kerimov and Oneksim’s Mikhail Prohorov are planning to sell 10% for two of their shares at the market. Allegedly the organizers of the planned deal are assigned to be Credit Suisse and Renaissance Capital IC.
