OREANDA-NEWS. November 18, 2009. In October JSC Freight One is set to increase its haulage of non-ferrous metals from the Southern Urals by 23% against last month. By the beginning of November, more than 300,000 tonnes of raw materials from JSC MMK, JSC Chelyabinsky Metallurgichesky Kombinat and JSC Uralskaya Stal will be delivered to enterprises in the machine-building and construction industries in Russia, Iran, Vietnam, Italy, Turkey and Japan.

“Besides increased haulage of goods in open wagons, the company performs similar operations with its closed rolling-stock. In October shipments in Freight One railcars of ferrous alloys from JSC Chelyabinsky Metallurgichesky Kombinat grew by 53% and shipments of magnesite products from JSC Gruppa Magnezit by 13%. By the end of October we will have dispatched over 400 railcars with goods from these enterprises,” commented Vladislav Egorov, director of the Chelyabinsk branch of JSC Freight One. “In November we plan to begin exporting goods in closed wagons from our new client JSC Kiembaevsky GOK Orenburgskiye Mineraly and increase haulage for Novokoalinovy Gorno-obogatitleny Kombinat. Everything is available to do this: a large fleet of company-owned rolling-stock, the desire to build dynamic relations with our partners, and the main thing – a flexible pricing policy.”
