OREANDA-NEWS. November 19, 2009. The branch of Ingosstrakh IJSC in Volgograd insured the crop of perennial plantings of NPG Sady Pridonya on the total area of 576 hectares in Gorodischensky District of Volgograd Region. Total insured amount is RUB 194.9mln.

Under the contract, the future crop of perennial plantings is insured against total or partial loss resulting from nature conditions that are dangerous for agriculture: drought,   freezing-out, damping-out, soil overwetting, asphyxiation, hail, storm, hurricane, whirlwind, land spout, tornado or sand storm (simoom), flood or mudflow (provided those were not caused by an earthquake, volcano activity landslide, avalanche, land subsidence).

Ingosstrakh IJSC has been cooperating with NPG Sady Pridonya since 2007. Over this period, the company insured civil liability of the companies that operate hazardous production facilities, fleet of vehicles, pledged property, and provided insurance to outbound travelers.

Andrey Samokhin, President of NPG Sady Pridonya, said that with regards to the scale of production that made the company a leader in the domestic market of Russia, a mutually beneficial cooperation with Ingosstrakh IJSC will enable to bring the business to an even higher quality level. 

NPG Sady Pridonya is the largest producer and fruit processor in the Southеrn and Volga Federal Districts. Today, Sady Pridonya is an association of 11 agricultural producers who process, produce and sell finished product. Horticultural businesses in NPG Sady Pridonya are located in three regions of RussiaVolgograd, Saratov and Penza. Currently, the production capacity of the Companyis 1000 tons per day, it produces about 170 juices, nectars and puree for infant food under the trademarks of Sady Pridonya, Zolotaya Rus, Moi and Spelionok.
