OREANDA-NEWS. November 20, 2009. The rating agency "Credit Rating" confirmed the long term credit rating of MEGABANK, PJSC and the issue of its bonds serial E and F on a national scale at a level uaA – improvement of a prognosis from "negative" to "stable", reported the press-centre of MEGABANK.

About this informed the head of securities and stock market division Alexey Yatsenko. He marked that for update of rating the agency used financial reporting of MEGABANK, PJSC during 2009, as well as internal info, provided by the bank during the rating process.

Reference. The borrower or separate debt instrument with rating uaA is characterized by high creditworthiness compared with other Ukrainian borrowers or debt instruments. The stable prognosis indicates at the absence of pretexts for change of rating during the year.
 
Major conditions of issue of serial "E":
- issue amount – UAH 100 000 000,00;

- nominal price of one bond – UAH 1 000,00;

- term of circulation of bonds - 1 097 calendar days, from December 10, 2007 till December 10, 2010 inclusive;

- coupon rate - 18,00%;

- payment of a coupon - quarterly;

- number of offers - 2;

- additional security – the bonds are secured by contracts of voluntary liability insurance before the third parties – for insurance of non-repayment by the issuer the body of debt and interest on bonds.

Major conditions of issue of serial "F":

- issue amount – UAH 100 000 000,00;

- nominal price of one bond – UAH 1000,00;

- term of circulation of bonds - 1 097 calendar days, from February 4, 2008 till February 4, 2011 inclusive;

- coupon rate - 20,00%;

- payment of a coupon - quarterly,

- number of offers – 2.
