We have quite developed infrastructure for oil supplies to the Black Sea region – Baku-Supsa and Baku-Novorossiyskк. We will be able to use them if we find a common language with Transneft. We can also carry oils of third parties as we have railway infrastructure for oil supplying to Batumi, Kulevi and another port on construction of which we can reach common consent,” Nasirov said.
