OREANDA-NEWS. November 23, 2009. The city authorities allocated JSC Lukoil Oil Company a site on Ulansky Lane in the centre of Moscow for developing the office building.

According to a source from City Hall, the site was placed at the oil company’s disposal by way of compensation for the forfeited site on Kutuzovsky Avenue.

The 44,800-square-metre object, including the 35,000-square-metre building above ground level, is to be developed on 0.454 hectares. It is also planned to put up an underground car park for 225 vehicles and 61 open air parking places adjacent to the office.

The official added that the development was expected to be completed by 31 December 2011.
