OREANDA-NEWS. November 23, 2009. Moscow’s first capsule hotel Vozdushnyy Ekspress [Sky Express] intended to provide short-term accommodation for airline passengers is to open in Sheremetyevo International Airport on November 25.

The hotel will be included in Aeroexpress Terminal. It will contain 66 rooms with the areas ranging from 7.5 to 22 square metres. A four-hour stay is expected to cost from USD 45. A prolonged stay will be paid by the hour.

Despite a small size of the rooms, all of them are equipped with a bathroom unit as well as phone and internet access.

Vozdushnyy Ekpress is located within Sheremetyevo what will allow its guests to make use of the nearby restaurants, stores, banks and the whole infrastructure of the airport.
