OREANDA-NEWS. November 27, 2009. Sergey Krjukov, Chairman of the Board of RBD took part in Х Moscow International Banking Forum, reported the press-centre of RBD.

In his address the Head of RBD summarized the first outcomes of the SME lending support program’s implementation in 2009 and designated priority objectives for the next year. According to S.Krjukov as of today RBD has entered into agreements with 91 counter-party banks that have already received under the Program over RUR 15.5 billion. Along with it the Bank continues to boost SME infrastructure support entities – it has signed agreements with 10 organizations and extended over RUR 1.2 billion. The overall funding to SMEs according to S.Krjukov will reach RUR 24 billion by the beginning of 2010.

Among top priorities of the Bank in 2010 alongside the financial support the Head of RBD mentioned standardization of SME support procedures and introducing of new credit products. At that updating of the bank’s product line will be oriented both on the counter-party banks and infrastructure organizations, and on the end-users – small and middle-sized enterprises. Moreover RBD will continue to interact with regional authorities and to develop educational programs for SMEs including distant ones.
