OREANDA-NEWS. November 27, 2009. The Public Council for Urban Development under Moscow Mayor supported the project of building a 7-storey hotel complex with 3 underground levels on Zemlyanoy Val in the centre of Moscow.

According to Head Architect of Moscow Aleksandr Kuzmin, the hotel will be built in traditional style of architecture. Its total area is expected to be 16,100 square metres.

Besides hotel rooms, the complex will contain an underground car park, business and production facilities, a health club, an atrium and restaurants.

First Deputy Moscow Mayor Pyotr Biryukov agreed to support the project on the whole, however, noted that it was necessary to design the hotel facades thoroughly.
