OREANDA-NEWS. December 2, 2009. The 02 series of the bonds released by Transmashhholding are included into the Mortgage list of the Central Bank, the company informed.

It means that the bonds can be used in the form of the loan at the credits release which can raise their liquidity and investment attractiveness.

The decision was prompted by the Transmasholding enter into the list of the system-forming entities compiled by the government and into the B-list at MICEX.

The bonds were issued in Feb. 2007 with 4 years in maturity in the volume of 4bn rub. In Feb. 2009 the major portion was bought back by the Company within the offer but in IIIQ the 1.845bn rub. worth bonds were placed on the market for the second time.

Transmashholding involves entities working in the sector of the railway engineering, diesel generators production, and providing the repair and servicing of the products.

It involves Novocherkassky Locomotive Plant, Bryansky Engineering Plant, Kolomensky Plant, Penzadieselmash, Bezhitsky Steel Making Plant, Tverskoy Wagon Plant, Demikhovsky Engineering Plant, Metrovagonmash, Oktyabrsky Repair Plant, Tsentrosvarmash, Transconverter (JV with Siemens AG); KMT Production Firm, Transmashholding Bombardier Transportation (Industrial) Rus (JV with Bombardier Transportation); Transmashholding Bombardier Transportation (Engineering) Rus (JV with Bombardier Transportation).

The 2008-net profit (RAS) gained 1.689bn rub. or 6.1 fold higher prior year figures - 275.519mln rub.; revenues being up to 61.872bn rub. from 45.195bn rub. prior year.

The share capital is worth 1.115bn rub. split in 1115215 common stocks of 1ths rub. par. 100% are held by The Breakers Investments B.V. (Netherlands).
