OREANDA-NEWS. December 8, 2009. FUIB (First Ukrainian International Bank) is in the TOP 10 of the most transparent Ukrainian banks on the results of the transparency research of 30 largest Ukrainian financial institutions carried out by the Standard and Poor’s Governance Services.

According to the survey data, FUIB holds the 10th place in the rating, its score being 55.9%.

It is worth mentioning that in 2009 the Bank outperformed its last year position: in 2008 the Bank ranked 13th in the transparency rating compiled by the International Rating Agency.

The research is based on the methodology developed by the Standard and Poor’s Governance Services. The core of the methodology is the principle of exhaustive and timely disclosure of all important for investors and other interested parties (analysts, clients, etc.) data.
