OREANDA-NEWS. December 11, 2009. Two-day seminar of IDGC of Centre, JSC was held for Heads of Network Management Centre (NMC) of 11 branches of the Company at the site of "Belgorodenergo". In the course of the meeting specialists have been trained to work in new functional SAP ERP "Creation, coordination and implementation of operative applications".

The new functional provides the opportunity to perform work relating to planning and outage of equipment to repairs, to estimate competently quality of planning, to form unified complex of reports on fulfillment of repair plans by electric grid districts and structural subdivisions of the Company centrally within SAP ERP.Earlier coordination of schedules of outage of equipment to repair was carried out through the system deprived of equipment hierarchy structure. The program operated in the subdivision of the Company autonomously, therefore there was a number of objective difficulties to estimate quality of planning and average working time of repair personnel, shutdown plan fulfillment control, problem of keeping of equipment repair history.

Implementation of functional of planning and organization of outage of equipment to repairs to conduct repair works in PM SAP ERP module makes the procedure of coordination, formation and fulfillment of plans of repair works absolutely transparent. This allows in its turn to form qualitatively repair plan for the next year, to control the schedule, to estimate average working time of repair personnel within the specified period, to develop measures relating to efficiency of business-processes.

Pilot project started in February 2008 in the branch of IDGC of Centre, JSC  —  "Belgorodenergo". At present its replication has begun in all branches of IDGC of Centre, JSC. Technical purpose of the functional was developed by the specialists of NMC of the branch “Belgorodenergo” of IDGC of Centre, JSC. “Sciener” company carried out the project implementation.
