OREANDA-NEWS. December 14, 2009. The decision to increase Alfa-Bank Ukraine's share capital was made at the General Shareholders Meeting held on November 30, 2009.The increase will be carried out by means of the private placement of 739.435 million of ordinary registered shares with a nominal value of UAH 1. The shareholders have the preemptive right to buy additional shares proportionally to their share of the Bank’s authorized fund as of the date of the placement.The share capital of the Bank will comprise UAH 3,716 million after the increase.
