PricewaterhouseCoopers and Senteo have carried out the 3d research of the Russian retail banking market "Customer Experience Index – 2009: How Russian Retail Banks Overcome Financial Storm?”. “Mystery shoppers” estimated the activity of banks on the base of 5 elements which form the clients’ impression: “brand”, “communication”, “environment”, “offering” and “culture”, reported the press-centre of BSGV.

BSGV was ranked 5th, having received the average index of 4.06. And in “offer” category, the bank has obtained the 2nd place.

The bank has demonstrated good score in all elements estimated:
brand – 4
communication – 4.03
environment – 3.82
offering – 4.15
culture – 4.3

38 Moscow retail banks were considered in the framework of the research. These were the largest organizations in terms of assets, retail deposits and loans.
