OREANDA-NEWS. December 15, 2009. UTair Finance, a fully owned subsidiary of UTair Aviation, set the rate for 7 and 8 coupons for the bearers of documentary interest-bearing inconvertible bonds at 14%. The bonds are series 03, state registration issue number 4-03-36059-R and dated 23.11.2006.

The rate is based on the current value of UTair Aviation’s loan portfolio, the bond issue guarantor. The portfolio shows a stable trend in decreasing interest rates which demonstrates the airline’s reliability as a borrower and the confidence of investors and creditors in the company.

UTair Aviation is one of the Russia’s leading airlines, managing an ongoing aircraft upgrade and renewal program and demonstrating steady growth in operational figures.

UTair Finance bonds have been traded on the quotation list A1 since July 2008.
