Ekaterina Pilipchuk, Head of Customer-Oriented Technologies Department of Ingosstrakh IJSC, won the student research competition in 2001. She says that participation in Ingosstrakh competition is actually the first serious business test for students, a test for both professional and personal skills. "Maintaining traditions of the competition in all times, Ingosstrakh offers the best of the best a chance to stand out and prove oneself on the labor market for young employees. For a beginner employee this would be more than interviews at labor fairs – this is a full-fledged bilateral meeting of prospective employer with prospective employee. I wish both winners and participants confidence, healthy ambitions and success", she added.

Irina Tikhomirova, HR Director of Ingosstrakh IJSC, noted that “the competition has long been reputed as the first professional competition for future insurance industry workers. It is no mere chance that Ingosstrakh is considered a “talent foundry” in the Russian insurance market. We hope that this good tradition will be bringing more and more young talented people to insurance business".
