OREANDA-NEWS. December 22, 2009. The Bank of Moscow has signed a participation loan agreement to an amount of 350 mln US dollars for a term of 2 years. The initially declared transaction amount was 230 mln US dollars, yet it had been raised by 120 mln US dollars as a result of over-subscription. The interest rate on the credit was LIBOR + 3,2% per annum.

Barclays Capital, Calyon, Credit Suisse AG, Goldman Sachs International, ING Wholesale Banking and WestLB AG, London Branch have acted as authorised arrangers and book-runners of the transaction, Сommerzbank AG joined in the capacity of an authorised arranger as well. All in all, 17 banks from various countries had their participation in the loan.

The attracted funds will be channelled towards further business development of the Bank, increase of the credit portfolio and financing of our clients' commercial and business projects.
