OREANDA-NEWS. December 24, 2009. The Committee of Major Participants of DCC held a meeting on December 22, 2009. The meeting agenda included the report on DCC's activities for the year to date, 2009 budget projections and other items.

The Committee of Major Participants adopted the following resolutions at the meeting:
To take into consideration the report on DCC's activities for the year to date and 2009 budget projections;
To take into consideration the information on the completed implementation of the new settlement and depository system based on DEPO-X software;
To consider the proposed new version of the Procedure for Joining the Enhanced Speedy Settlement Scheme by a Custodian;
To consider the Procedure for Excluding a Custodian from the List of Custodians Cooperating with ZAO DCC via the Enhanced Speedy Settlement Scheme and the Enhanced Speedy Settlement Scheme on a Limited Participation Basis;
To consider amendments and additions to DCC Fee Schedule;
To consider amendments to the Terms and Conditions of Depository Activity of ZAO DCC;
To consider amendments to the Clearing Rules of ZAO DCC.

NB:
In 2006, DCC's Board of Directors drafted a resolution to establish the Committee of Major Participants. The Committee's authorities include dealing with the problems relating to the Company's development. The main objective of the Committee is elaboration of recommendations to the Board of Directors on modification of DCC's Clearing Rules and Terms and Conditions of Depository Activity as well as on the operational, technical and technological development of DCC and update of the Company's tariff policy and amendment of the Fee Schedule. DCC's Committee of Major Participants consists of 10 members elected by the Board of Directors from 20 major clients for a one-year term and one DCC representative.
