OREANDA-NEWS. December 29, 2009. The contest took place by all six lots. The best conditions of the crediting were suggested by JSC “Alfa-Bank”.

IDGC of North-West summed up the results of the open contest for the right of signing of the agreement for the financial services rendering directed to the opening of the renewable credit lines and provision of the credit for the total amount of RUR 2 billion.

The contest took place by all six lots. The applications for the participation in the contest were submitted by JSC BANK “ROSSIYA”, Gazprombank branch (JSC) in St. Petersburg, Bank of Moscow (JSC),  JSC Sviaz-Bank, JSC VTB Bank of North-West,  JSC Alfa-Bank, CJSC Raiffeisenbank, CJSC Gazpromenergobank, and Moscow Credit Bank (JSC).                 

JSC Alfa-Bank was chosen the winner of the contest by all the lots. It proposed the best conditions – the longest term of credit line life and the lowest per cent rate.

According to the results of the carried out contest they will sign agreements up to five years with the possibility of attraction of the tranches with the term up to three years with the rate of no more than 10.9% per annum.

The attracted credits are planned to be directed to the refinancing of the loan debt and the current activity including the repair of power equipment.
