OREANDA-NEWS. December 30, 2009. Starting from December 28, 2009 private customers of BTA Bank can manage their deposits online via internet banking “BANK Online”. The deposit management service suggests replenishment and partial withdrawal of funds throughout the entire deposit line of the Bank, as well as conversion of funds (for the Multivaliutny (Multicurrency) deposit only).

The new service is available to customers at all additional offices and branches of BTA Bank. Any operation of managing your deposits takes not longer than a minute. This is facilitated by a convenient interface, which the Bank developed especially for the BANK Online internet banking.  Reflection of funds in the customer’s accounts takes place within 5 minutes.

Consumers of bank services want to pay for their apartment and mobile communication taking advantage of a user-friendly interface, which is managed as easy as adding friends in a social network. Realizing the customer-oriented strategy of the Bank we sought to foresee the following wish of customers, which is to manage their deposits. This service is getting as popular and sought-for in the market as usual internet options, which are offered today by almost every bank. In other words management of deposits via BANK Online is a long-awaited project for those, who have already enjoyed the convenience and advantages of the usual internet banking and prefers to use technologies and not to waist their time standing in queues – says Elena Rozhkova, Head of Customer Service in Financial Markets Division of BTA Bank.  

The deposit management service is available to customers, who have full access to innovative internet banking “BANK Online”. BTA Bank intends to lunch money transfers in foreign currencies (including international ones) via the Internet as well as to create a new website for the BANK Online internet banking incorporating an English version and even more comfortable interface.
