OREANDA-NEWS. January 13, 2010. SU-155 group of companies is to develop 1.1 million square metres of housing in Moscow and its region as well as 550,000 square metres of living areas in the other regions of Russia in 2010.

According to a press service of SU-155, 29.5 billion roubles (~USD 1 bn) are expected to be invested in the housing development this year. Among the sources of funding are the budget of Moscow, bank credits and sale of residential and commercial real estate.

The residential developer is to raise the amount of civil and erection works by 18-20 per cent during 2010-2011 erecting new buildings in the regions of Russia.

This year SU-155 is to start building new structures in Moscow and its region – Moscow’s Novye Cheryomushki and Odintsovo, the Krasnogorsk region, the towns of Dolgoprudnyy, Chekhov and Lyubertsy.

Besides, the group of companies keeps building dwelling houses in the other regions of RussiaSaint Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Nizhny Novgorod, Vladimir, Kostroma and Yaroslavl.
